Mailbox not showing in search when trying to 'Run Now' on Archiving task

I am trying to run the Archiving task against an existing enabled mailbox, I can see the mailbox under Archives in the console but when I search during the 'Run Now' wizard it is not shown. The users account is dissabled but is permissioned so that the EV service has full access.

 

I can't see anything wrong but it is clearly not there, can anyone help?
