Hello,

Last week I started receving duplicate emails in my journal mailbox.  One of the message is correct while the other one has a header of MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@mydomain.onmicrosoft.com on behalf of  myuser@mydomain.com.   When we look into the body it is a duplicate message.

We run a Hybrid Exchange setup with Exchange 2010 and O365.  We journal all messages on prem and in the cloud to a single on prem mailbox.  Has anyone experienced this before and if so how did you resolve the problem?  We are using EV 12.

    Can it be a Journal Message from the O365?

    You send an email from an onprem mailbox to an O365 mailbox. Journal on Prem sends 1 message to EV, O365 sends 1 message to EV
