Migrating Enterprise Vault 9 to 10

Hello,

Now, I have a EV9 server running on Windows Server 2003 R2 32Bit, and I want to migrate it to a new EV 10 running on Windows 2008 R2 64bit server, How to do?

Is there any best pratice?
