Missing archive explorer

Hello all,

We are facing an issue with the archive explorer on outlook.  Let me explain the details,

"Whenver I restart the computer in the morning I miss the archive explorer in my outlook.  The only wat to get it back is by resetting the enterprise vault by going into program files then open outlook to enable the plugin again. The other way to get it fixed is by reinstalling the enterprise vault."

Is there a way to fix this permanently.

Any help is appreciated.

    What version of EV and Outlook and Windows?

    When you first launch Outlook after starting your computer do you get a prompt that the EV add-in has been disabled?

    Is this problem only with you or do others have the same issue?

    Also check what other outlook add-ins you have and try disabling them one by one as they may be conflicting with the EV add-in.
