Missing Icons

Can you verify they are still enabled?  Normally when a user is disabled the only button they are left with is the search button.

If they are enabled, disable them and synchronize the mailboxes and then Re-enable them.

Also, it would be worth making sure they are still in the proper provisioning group.

Check whether the user has gone over their mailbox quota.  There is an issue if they go over quota (but I think it removes ALL buttons) in that when we synchronise the desktop settings to the users mailboxes we first of all delete the current hidden message containing the desktop settings, and then create a new one ... if over quota, it's hard to create the new one !  (i.e. we can't).

Also configure the Outlook EV Addin for full client logging.  Close Outlook, reopen it, and post the client log file.
