Missing user shortcut / icons and permissions in Outlook / EV6
I have recently installed EV6, archiving against Exchange ADV 2003 running on Win2003 Cluster and have working in test fine. I have now rolled out to 4 users and installed client add-on to their Outlook 2003. Have done the Offline / sync forms bit, have also tried with Offline disabled.
If I log-on to the user's mailbox as Administrator I can see all the correct icons in Outlook 2003, and they correctly display as either in the archive, or waiting a backup before deletion.
The problem is when the user's logon to their mailbox ( tested all on the same machine, so not a version issue) they can't see the shortcuts on the archived email. They can still see the header to indicate the mail exists somewhere, but it just has an envelope icon. They do see EV icons in the Outlook toolbar. If from within Outlook 2003 they click an archived mail, and use the toolbar icon Restore from Archive it does restore correctly. Same if they select Store in Archive.
Just to prove they can see the archived items, if they log on to the EV6 web server from anywhere else they can also get to only their archived email, which would imply EV6 and domain permissions are set up correctly.
I am sure it is a permissions thing, but I am not sure where to look. Is it Exchange 2003, or EV6 or is it to do with the forms in Exchange or a combination?
I have tried the same test on a different client machines, and get exactly the same result.
Any pointers would be welcome. Sure it will be easy if you know.

- Nick,
well spotted. Hope it all works for you.
Do try to ge the Org Forms 100%. If EV upgrade the forms in a future client you don't want to have to go round all the manual Outlook installs and repost the new forms locally.
Any chance you could award some Board answer points (check the Help)? I'm real keen to see if this works!
