MonitoringWebApp not created

Hi All

Curious issue. We have installed EV12 in 3 different domains (i.e testing and stage). All 3 domains were installed then updated to 12.0.3. One of the domains was updated to 12.1. I hadn't really looked at Ops Manager but noticed after I finished the 12.1 update that Ops Manager wasn't working. I found neither the MonitoringWebApp or App Pool had been created, yet all the files had been installed OK. In the other 2 environments, both 12.0.3 only one had it installed correctly. I created an app pool and app site on one of the 12.1 boxes and it seems to work fine.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this, and more importantly if there is some script I can run to do the app pool and web entries instead of doing them manually?

    It might be as simple as rerunning the Enterprise Vault Operations Manager Configuration utliltiy, which should be available on the system where it is installed.
