Move archive from Sata partion to FC partion

 

Envrionment :

OS : 2003
EV : EV9

Excahange 2010

We have 2 provisioning group in Enterprise vault one is for users and other is for managers. I have move some users from user provisioning group to manager provisioning group User along with there archive which move successfully note both user and manger archicves are on separate partion. Now the issue is that archive move scussessfully but in list now its showing two archive with same so how can i remove old one. find the screen shot attached.

    The source archive when moved is closed and renamed in the format you see where the dates are appended to the archive name. As KeyPlayer said this is normal and the old archive has been marked for deletion. When an archive is moved it is actually copied, updated and then moved. The process you are following to move the users is ok.

    How did you move the users exactly?

    It looks like one of the duplicates is already being removed as it is marked for deletion.It will how as this status until completed the deletion of that users data and updating sharing info accordingly.  Depending on size and amount of data it has to go through it could take a number of days.

    First i remove the user from user provisiosning group thn add into manager group and thn using move archive  wizard i move his archive to new destination.
