Moving EV indexes from EMC to NetApp
Hello,
Quick question, should there be any issue if a customer wants to change the index disks from EMC to NetApp?
Is there anything that should be done differently?
As I see it it is the same as replacing index disk:
copy all the data in the background
take services down
copy last minute index changes
change the disks
make sure path and disk drive letter are the same
bring services up
sounds ok? or is the EMC to NetApp is trickier than what I think?
