Can anybody tell me how to fix it or how to check if savsets are updated correctly after the migration?

When check user's mailbox I see the archived items in this folder look like unread items.
Many thanks.

  • Hi

There seems to be something wrong either with the shortcuts or with the database:

Event ID: 6356 There was no such Storage Service Entry in the Vault Directory |

I highly recommend to open a case with Symantec for this.

    Cheers
    Michel
