Opening Archeved Items in secondary mailboxes

Hi,

We are having a small problem with EV2007 v7.5 on a exchange 2007. We have users who have full access on other users mailboxes. The right are correctly populated to the archives (checked this in the admin console). And in OWA or when opening that users mailbox in a seperate profile everything works fine. The problem starts when the user opens a secondary mailbox under his/her profile. When they open a shortcut, the maildata is not retrieved from the database. In the vault explorer you can see the mailboxes and you can open them. Its just by double clicking in the outlook client to open a mail that it doesn't work.

Any toughts?
