Outlook for Mac 401 unauthorized access

Hi,
In Outlook for Mac 2016 when I am trying to click enterprises vault on reading pane it gives error 401 unauthorized access. Access denied due to bad credentials.

I reinstalled ev client and Outlook and updates but same issue.

I should get pop up to enter the credentials but not getting it.

On other macs when I clicking it gives pop up to login if password is not stored in keychain.

Please help

    I know similar problems with Microsoft OS when "authorized" user has no permissions to the Path were the Enterprise Vault Agent is installed.

    I am not familiar with IOS but this could maybe give you a hint.

    Hello, 

    Check if in the Mac OSX key chain you have the EV credentials saved, likely they could be wrong.

    In that case delete the entry from the keychain, restart Outlook and the EV Mac OSX client and try again.
