Outlook icon not correctly

Two things I would ask:

1) Enabling archiving and this functional (Without the outlook plugin installed)! When opening the outook the items that were archived, this with envelope icon as if it had not read. This is normal?

2) I installed the Outlook plugin and the icon has been updated, but it is the wrong icon. How do you adjust this error?

According to the attached image, the icon informs that it has not been archived, but when accessing the file of this user it is possible to see the archived item.

    Hi mate,

    This seems to be related to the safety copies configuration. Check on your vault store whether it is set to wait for the backup before items are converted to shortcut. If this is the case, you will have to back up EV vautl store partitions and then the archvied emails will convert to shortcut.
