OWA 2010 with Netscaler loadbalancing
Hello guys,
I have a problem with the netscaler loadbalancing server with OWA 2010 and EV 10.0.1. The environment works fine but if I klick on the link to the search or the archive explorer the page will not be found.
Now I had set the netscaler policy to give all request with the url http://.../owa/enterprisevault/ to the EV server. But after this the buttons for the archived items and the other also are gone.
Does someone have an idear or an exampler for the netscaler? Or do somebody know which EV adresses have to set in netscaler?

When you click on Archive Explorer or Search, the client will be directed to the EV server. It sounds like the client simply can't resolve the EV server name.
Is this outside a firewall? There are settings you can use to specify a different URL for external clients. Take a look at the following article:
