    To my limitted understanding, I always thought it was due to security and exposure. The VSA has a lot of rights within your organization, and it'd be unwise to unnecessarily expose that to the webservices world.

    Any account could be used for the EV Anon account, but as posted earlier, it would not be wise to use the ev admin account
