ports required to access the archiving system from Virtual desktops
Hello,
the users are encountering issues retrieving emails from STC Archiving Systems, while accessing the emails from Virtual desktop, So We need your support to help me to know all the ports required to access the archiving system from Virtual desktops.
i want to mention that, EV version that we used is 10.0.3 and We are deploying Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for EDN users so we need to know the ports that should open it for archiving.

- If its 10 sp3 client then it's purely HTTP/HTTPS so 80 and 443 Make sure your proxy bypass is set correctly and you should be fine
