Problem expiry report - I can see old expired items

Could you post the Report?

Scaduto in data (Expiry Date) : 3/8/2009 (-8)

As you can see, item was expired 8 days ago.

I see. Storage expiry expires items by default based on "Archived Date", which would be 3 Years now (You have EV since 3 Years), so it seems to look fine? Cheers Michel

Yes, it's correct.

I confirm that storage delete task work fine, the issue is only using outlook client.

As you can see on my last topic, I can search and view an expired item (expire 8 days ago).

One important information: I'm using collection method

Ah, now I got it, you can see the items in the archive, but the item already expired. You are not running the Storage Expiry in Report Mode, correct? (-> Site Properties -> Storage Expiry) And your index is OK for this Vault? (-> Archives -> Exchange Mailbox -> -> Properties -> Index Volumes -> "Status" is "Normal"?) What happens when you open up an Item? Does it show normal?

All Indexes is ok.

Storage Expiry is ok! Every time the task start (one time to day) I can see 10,20...,50 expired items deleted.

 

Could you run Storage Expiry in Report mode, and post the report? How long does is storage expiry allowed to run?

The storage delete task can run for 3 hours.

This moning, running expiry report on my outlook client, I can see less items than yesterday (but I see always expired items)
