Recreating Virtual Directory

Hi All

 

Does anyone know how to recreate the V virtual directory manually? I looked through the EV INstallation guide but could not find anything. Running 9 sp 1. Also would uninstalling and reinstalling recreate the Virtual directory?

    which virtual directory?

    if you're talking about /EnterpriseVault/ then  go to Start -> Run -> cmd and press OK
    CD to your \Program Files\Enterprise Vault\ directory
    Type "cscript webapp.vbs" and press Enter

    If you're talking about the EVAnon virtual directory then run the owauser.vbs file
    If you're talking about the FSA Reporting directory then run FSAReportingConfigUtility.exe
