Regarding Veritas Enterprise vault support

Hi,

Most of time I raise a ticket and India's support will handle those support. May I know do Enterprise Vault has another Country support (eg: China or Australia) will handle those ticket ?

    As far as I know, if it is a P1, there is 'rolling support'. There should be support centre in US and EMEA I believe.

    like gertjana said, and also it depends what level of expertise you require. the resource might be in a different country. was there a specific concern you wanted to address?
