Report shows "data unavailable"

Hi

We are using EV 10 & sql 2005 sp-4

Please let me know the meaning of 'data unavailable' tab in the graphs (kindly Find the attachment)

I had generate the reports but not able to understand why every service shows data was unavailable for approximately 3 hours.

    I believe that would suggest an issue with monitoring itself where the monitoringmiddletier was unable to read the status of the indexing service, on those days do you see any errors regarding monitoring not being able to update the database or anything such as that?

    Also, if the EV server itself is shut down I think it will report like this.  That is what I see in my lab.
