Setting Default Exchange Server

Question

When restoring an item using Archive Explorer, users are prompted to type in their Exchanger server and mailbox. We have 14 Exchange servers in our organization, and the users do not know which Exchange server hosts their mailbox. Is there a way to configure a default Exchange server so users are not prompted?

They shouldn't need to set it.  Do you disallow cookies in IE by any chance?
