Storage Questions

 

Good Morning,

The responsible for our data storage group asked me few thing regarding the archiving and storage. Can you help me

We Use EVE 9 SP2 on W2K8 R2 Servers.

1.Which Interface is used between the storage software ( EV) und Centerra ?

2.Which interface is supported to connect to a IIA from IBM : NAS or TSM API ?

    The centerra is connected to via the centrastar API As for the IIA one though, no idea unfortunately, best bet maybe contacting sales and askin them for any white papers or documentation or just simply a definitive answer

    I'm not familiar with IIA, but I suspect as many 3rd party storage devices there is an API that applications can use to write to storage. I'd be interested in finding out more about this device you have a link from the vendor?
