Suppress Outlook popup on Windows Startup
Hello Symantec Community,
Can i Suppress Symantec EV Client on Windows Startup??
Problem:
-New Created AD User with a Mailbox
-User Never Logged in (No Profile on Windows PC)
-On first AD logon, Enterprise Vault Add-In Trigger Outlook to Configure a New mailbox Profile
Can i Suppress this Action, i have RES Workspace Manager they Configure all the Settings Automaticli on a soon Step

How do you know its Enterprise Vault Client?
Typically the add-in is loaded On Demand, so that usually means when Outlook starts.
My best guess would be you had Windows Desktop Search enabled and its trying to index the contents of your Vault Cache, which means it has to go through the EV Client to get to the items. So you could try setting the Desktop Policy for Windows Desktop Search to Force Off.
After you set the policy, synchronize your mailbox, restart Outlook and look for the following line:
27/02/2015 12:46:29.900[6828][H]: OVWDSAUTOENABLE = 0
27/02/2015 12:46:39.949[6580][M]: The Desktop Policy is set ensure Vault Cache WDS plugin is deactivated
27/02/2015 12:46:40.018[6828][H]: Successfully ensured that the Vault Cache WDS plugin is disabled
After that, try restarting the machine and see if it shows the same behavior
