Symantec Enterprise Vault HTTP-Only Outlook Add-in-en v10

We are running EV9.0.2 and upgrading to 11.0, I want to install the Symantec Enterprise Vault HTTP-Only Outlook Add-in-en 10.0 on all our clients first, so when we go to 11.0 , they are compatible and there is no downtime. I have a couple of questions, 

Do I just need the Symantec Enterprise Vault HTTP-Only Outlook Add-in-en with users running Outlook 2007\2010?

I do not see in the EV Guide ptions for silent Install etc. we are packaging with System Center 2012. 

Is this version compatible with XP?

    with EV 10 SP4 there's only one installer for the oulook client so you dont have to worry about http-only anymore. according to the EV compatibility guide, windows XP XP3 (32bit) is compatible with EV 10 but not with EV 11.
