Symantec EV 8.0 - Archive Deletion

Hello All,

I have some queries in relation to Archive deletion but before that following is the configuration done: -

SITE LEVEL: -
Archive settings  - 
Default Retention Category ; Indexing level Medium ;
Users can delete items fom their archives - UNCHECKED
Enable recovery of deleted items - UNCHECKED
Retain archive transaction history for: 32 Days (Default)
Storage Expiry:: -
Base Expiry on  :  Archived date
Process Vault Stores  :  Never
***Rest all settings as default***

Default Retention Category Settings: -
Retention Period : Retain items forever
Prevent deletion of archived items in this category - UNCHECKED
Hide this category from users - Grayed out
Lock this Retention Category - UNCHECKED
Base expiry on: Inherit from Site settings

The question is: -

I deleted and Archive and it reads "Marked for deletion".

As per the settings above, I understand that the archive will not be deleted.

So, can we now ever make this Archive online / accessible again ?
If YES, how?
