Symantec EV 9 File Explorer issue
Our compnay recently installed EV 9 in indows 2008 R2 server operating system.
i facing three isseus with vault server below.
- Automatically login after first logon (after entering vault url directly opening file explorer with who logged previously )
- docx is show as unknown format.
- http redirection for vault file explorer ( taking very long time to open may be 15 mintus and normaly working fine with default url
did any bod face this issues please let know.
i am trying to solve it but.....

I suposse that when you say file explorer, you refer to archive explorer
1.- Ensure that in the Desktop policy, the setting "Behaviour when archive explorer closes" it is set to "Refresh"
2.- Check the program association for .docx
