I am facing issue, pst migration has been completed successfully but in user outlook multiple archive folder are created how to stop this ?
can we delete or merge archive folder in user outlook ?
we are using Enterprise vault 9.0.1 and outlook 2007

if you used client or server driven migration, you have a PST Migration Policy where you can set the folder where to store imported mails from PST and decide whether or not to merge the folder structure. it seems that the parameters is not to merge...
The good settings should have applied before migrating PST. Now you have manually to move the shortcuts for migrated PST

Amol, I suppose the question is .. how are you doing your PST migration? Each have similar options relating to "merging" of data.
