Is a firewall re-configured?
Can you access the site directly in a browser? (as Tony asks)

(btw... it might  be wise to edit the tracefile to remove smtp-adresses (you must be Dave ;-) ) and domain references.

Just noticed all the details in the file, didnt realise it was there!! Thanks, have taken it down for time being.
Nope, I cant browse to the link above through IE and nope, there was no firewall reconfigurations.

Can you ping avm01?  I assume that is the alias for the EV Server.

Could it be dns is hosed?  I have seen dns alias get deleted inadvertently by other admins.  :)

Yep, can ping EV server no problem..

I'm thinking its a problem with IIS but the funny thing is there are other site address's on that server on different ports that still work.

also looks like I can still put items into vault, just cant retrieve from it..

What is the EV Server OS?

Also, are there any events in the EV app log?

It does sound like a configuration issue for IIS, have you looked in the IIS logs?

Its a Win 2003 R2 server.

Had a look in the IIS Logs but to be honest, I cant spot if there is anything wrong..

OK, so you are crusising along and everything works and then one day it doesn't?

Can you run the deployment scanner and see if it flags anything?
