There has not been a mailbox synchronization with Exchange Server

I have 2 mailservers M1 and M2 and a mailbox MBx1 with DAG configured.

Exchange has failed over to M2 from M1. Now I have the error message 'There has not been a mailbox synchronization with Exchange Server M1'.

How can I stop this error message appearing on EV?

 

  • Is it just in the Admin Console you see it?  I don't recall if it generates an event.  You can change the threshold but I wouldn't recommend that as it would apply to all Exchange servers.

  • If there are no mailboxes on M1 you can safely ignore it.  It is just a warning letting you know that a sync hasn't happened.
