To close "Download" option when right click on an email in EV search

In EV search web page when I right click on an email there are options like export to zip, pst ,nsf and also "Download" like below.

download.png

zip,pst and nsf can be open or close from search policy.

Is there a way to close this "Download" option also ?

    Not that im aware of, as clicking the message to view it is the exact same as download, so if you removed that, people couldn't open their email via search
