Trying to export/import IM data to EV

My client is trying to export IM data into EV.

After going through the above process he gets an error which points him to this

When he runs the runtransformoutput.js he gets an error pointing to line 57

(I will attach his Transform file in txt format)

He is running IM 8.4x

Does the error in the Transform file refer to Exchange?

  • If you're exporting to Enterprise Vault then you should set var exportSystem="KVS";

    If that doesn't work, you'll probably have better luck posting this in the IMM forum https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/security/forums/im-manager the symantec guys in there are great and always check for new posts.
