Unable to access archived email from Outlook 2016 client on shared mailbox

People,

I'm using EV v11.0.1.3683 and the EV client 11 as well, I cannot open the archived email in the shared mailbox that I used to open ?

My Outlook is 2016.

I have no issue opening my own archvied email but not the shared mailbox.

I've double checked that I have been allowedd in the EV archive permission.
