unable to create imap account
Dear All,
We have successfully created IMAP server and enabled one user for IMAP access
We got notification mail to configure account details. However, while configuring the account in outlook we got error incoming server name won't accepted and not able to proceed.
I have collected client trace as attached.

5226 19:15:02.181 [113484] (IMAPStorage) <91848> EV-H {IMAPStorageMain.SetIMAPServerEvent} IMAP Server process not running, will try again...Apparently the EV IMAP server is not properly started.
I suggest you to open a case with Veritas Support Services and we will check the EV IMAP configuration.
