Upgrading

I am upgrading Enterprise vault 7.0 sp2 to SP4. I am wondering if the upgrade is unsuccessful or if we run into issue. It is possible to roll back to previous version

    Called Symantec. they suggested since upgrade from SP2 to Sp4 does not change datbase schema. To roll back all all that will be required is to uninstall EV binaries and install EV sp2 binaries
