User account with similar permission as EV Service account

Hi All,

Need help with the following, we have a 3rd party tool to migrate archives from EV to Cloud, and the vendor has suggested having a user account which has similar permissions as of EV Service account. Can someone please tell me how I can achieve that/?

    If it is required for accessing EV config and data, add the account inEV to Power Administrator group.

    Otherwise, see installing and configuring pdf, it has somewhere the permissions the account needs on Exchange.

      Thank you guys for your reply, however, the application also needs permission on the Netapp Shares. how do I achieve that, please? I have 20+ VS and several partitions in each VS. is adding the account manually is only the way?

        I believe manually is the way unless you have a Group that has premissions already and you could just add the new user to the group. 

        By the way, have you considered using the EV service account for the migration?
