I cannot find any way to display the Replied to or Forwarded mails as they are displayed in Outlook.
There are no shortcut properties in any of the policies either.
Is there any way we could achieve this?

You can reply to or forward an archived item from its shortcut, or from your Virtual Vault. Outlook opens the item in its original form, exactly as it does when you reply to or forward any other item.

Unfortunately, Virtual Vault doesn't show these icons. You can reply or forward as a regular email from Virtual Vault. However, if you restore an archived item that was replied or forwarded before it was archived, for instance, from Archive Explorer, the icon would show as before in Outlook.
