Warning: Quota not archieved

Hello people,

Need help with Exchange archiving reports.

(The result is in attach file)

In more than 200 users, these 8 users have a warning: quota not archieved.

I can not see the problem, and is good for some and bad for others.

Can help me with this?

    if you look on your 'archiving rules' tab and your "message classes" tab, you have it set to not archive certain items based on age, attachment, and msg type. so like tony said, your report is simply saying that your quote goal was not achieved and you have a likely culprit right there.

    The main one that I see is that you have it only set to archive messages with attachments.  That most likely is your issue as you have multiple users with items totalling over 500MB that would be archived if not for that setting based on the report you posted above.

    You should consider changing your policy to archive items without attachments.

    It is letting you know that there were not enough items eligible to be archived to get the mailbox to quota.  This is either due to messageclass or age.  So if you have the policy set to never archive items younger than it won't archive those items.

    Hello AndrewB,

    I made the change and the mailbox of the user has changed from Warning: Quota not to Partially Achieved processed_ queued for retry.
    It's the normal process?

    yes it meants it's working. "Partially..." is saying that there is too much archiving to complete within the scheduled time window . You can increase the archiving window or let it runs its course over a few days to catch up.
