What is the latest recommendation to Archive Email and IM from Bloomberg and Audit using CA

 Could you pls help me with the highlevel steps to, Archive Email and IM from Bloomberg and Audit using CA

Bloomberg team has recommended to use SMTP based archive. Can someone help me with the highlevel steps to achieve it ?

Also I am facing the "incorrect output/input file" error  while creating a SMTP target openSSL certificate using the below command

openssl req -config openssl.cnf -new -nodes -keyout server.key -out server.csr

    do you already have SMTP archiving enabled and configured in EV? and for good measure, please let us know what version of EV you're on.
