Where do I set it so Search vaults can restore to a PST?

Hi,

We just upgraded to Vault10 and since then we can't restore to PST from the search vaults. We only get the mailbox option.

Looking in the help, it states;

"You may also have the option of restoring items to a PST file, if your administrator has enabled the option"

But I'm the administrator, I can't find the section in the CHMs and I don't know where to set it.

Any ideas?
