I have Exhange online & I would like to archive.
Is it possible to use either Enterprise Vault or Enterprise Vault.cloud in this case?

Technically you can use both, but I would recommend EV.cloud. It depends on what is the business requirement really.
it's possible to use either but they are very different products. what are your requirements?
