Definition Updates
I have what should be a very simple question....
HOW DO I MAKE SEP ONLY UPDATE DEFINITIONS AT NIGHT?
Every Tuesday my server is busy updating and running scans etc... etc... and killing my system.
The option shown above is to connfigure clients taking update at the schedule time . If you wnat to configure the server ( SEPM) then
1. Log into the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)
2. Click the Admin tab on the far left side
3. Click on Servers.
4. From the middle column right click on Local Site (My Site) and select Edit Properties
5. A new window will open
6. Select the LiveUpdate tab
7. Set your custom schedule and click OK
