Get back deleted content

Is this possible to get deleted content from Hard Drive back?
If yes What is da proceture??
Suggest any help

    There is a software named "UndeleteOnClick" that may be able to recover deleted files (if they have not been overwritten).
    It's a small file (2Mb) if you want it just give me an e-mail address and I'll send it for you.

    that's why backup and restore softwares are meant for. But i guess, you never backed up those data.
    well, there is a software called "UnDelete me" or something similar that can provide you the functionality you are looking for. but it has also got his limitation as your data at the disk might have been over-written by others.

    But am I able 2 restore deleted data from Hard drive??

    Sorry, I meant "UndeleteOnClick" software is a small file and I can send it to you by e-mail if you are interested. Just give me an-email address to send it to.
    The file you want to recover can be of any size.

    UndeleteOnClick seems to be a licensed software; why not just point a user to the shareware site where the trial is:
    http://www.2brightsparks.com/onclick/uoc.html

    That page clearly states that the demo version can only restore files up to 64KB in size.
