I'm getting an error when trying to image to a dell e6510 laptop. Error: The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occured in the application at location 0x006238d. It's not giving the error on every machine only on specific ones. Can anyone help me with this issue?

If you are using Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 (it always helps if you can provide specific version information) and are already at LiveUpdate build level 2266, then I would refer you to the sticky posting at the top of this forum which describes how to get post 2266 patches. I think 2298 may be appropriate to your situation but you need to speak with support to check this.
