Inability to contact Symantec
Hello, I am trying to contact Symantec to enquire about some products but it seems to be virtually impossible!
I started off with the Contact Business Sales page and tried the UK telephone number listed there. Unfortunately, all the adivsors were busy -- which is fair enough. So, rather than wait I tried to use the "Call back request" link. I filled in the details and submitted my query, but kept getting the following message "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try after some time."
Having tried this all afternoon, I went back to the telephone number to see if I could get through, only to get a message that ended "...thank you for calling, good bye."
Not a very good advert for service availability!
Can anyone advise me on how best to contact Symantec?
