I JUST DOWNLOADED MOZILLA 4.0. WHEN I TRIED TO ACCESS ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS, MOZILLA 4.0 DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLBAR/ADD ON FOR ID SAFE. I NOTICED ANOTHER PERSON HAD SIMILAR DIFFICULTY WITH MOZILLA 3.0-3.5 & LIVE UPDATE SOLVED.
I TRIED THIS AND IT DID NOT HELP. CAN ID SAFE BE UTILIZED WITH THE NEW MOZILLA 4.0 VERSION?

What Symantec product and version are you running?
My understanding is that the toolbar is not compatible with Firefox 4.0. The question for you, tech support, is: When are you going to have an update ready for this?

I use Norton 360 V.4.3.0.5 and yes, I saw a message during installation that said Norton Toolbar was not supported.
iam using the symantec endpoint 11.0.6200..Iam not having any issues with Mozilla 4..
