pcAnywhere Connection Issues

I have 3 PCs connected through a switch. I have the drives networked to each other and can access files just fine. 2 of the PCs are host, and the other is a host and remote. When I try to remote to either of the hosts, I get the following error message:“The selected computer is not responding. Connection cannot be made.”I tried fixes from the following link, but the suggestions did not fix the problem.  (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH188183&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1346773130886)  How should I proceed to fix the problem?-
