SEPM 12 clients showing offline

Ok so i upgraded to SEPM 12.  I updated my clients via the SEPM client push after updating the syslink,xml file via the syslinkreplacer.  Now i have some of my windows 7 machiens that keep having ccsvhost errors all fo the time.  I also exported out a client deplyment package and when i install it it never gets a green light on the icon in the systray and sepm shows it as offline.  I does get it's updates though.  How can i solve this issue?  Also when i add a new PC what is the best approach to installing the software?  Thanks.

    Hi Kirk,

    follow these steps....Hope you will be able to resolve your problem...

    a. Disable the Windows Firewall or create exceptions for the ports on these machines to communicate to the SEPM.

    b. Disable Windows Defender service also if possible diable windows firewall service.....

    c. Disable the UAC (User Account Control) and restart the machine.

    Hi Kirk,

     

    Change you SEPM server Date format to other format.....and restart your machine.Then check the client online status.

    Your proble will be resolve...
