Symantec Error Reporting Has Stopped Working.

Hello,

We are getting the following window continually popping up on a computer of ours which indicates:

"Symantec Error Reporitng Has Stopped Working. A problem caused the program to have stop working. Windows has closed the program and will notify you if the solution is available"

We are running Windows Vista.

Any thoughts?
