Unable to locate the link to sign up for Symantec email alerts - product updates - end of life- critical alerts

I have a link my manager requested I sign up to receive these alerts and I keep getting server error.  Can anybody assist me on the proper link for this reques please?

www.symantec.com/help/subscribe.html  this is giving me a server error when I try to sign up.

Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
