What's the difference.....
between the Trusted Advisor and Technical Support title? I'm assuming at one time or another they worked for Symantec or still do?
The Trusted Advisor is someone outside of Symantec that has demonstrated a high level of experience with a Symantec product. They may or may not have worked at Symantec in the past. TSE's are paid Symantec employees like myself.
